Worse service ever

The staff at multichoice are rude and incompitent. They will keep you on hold for 3hrs and lack knowledge of their own products. They are the worse kind of business yo deal with. They lack common sense and show that they don't understand what they are doing. They need proper retraining especially the xhosa girl who was helping me. She doesn't need to speak to clients. You can have her do admin but not speak to clients
