Worse service ever

Phone in on the 21 July for a debit order to be refunded I was promised 7 working days then I followed up today with Cynthia mtsheni, first she exited the chat then I had to start over then I get her again my luck she has been ignoring my ref number then she comes back saying she cannot pick up the ref number then she said I must go to the bank then it's just the worse service ever
