WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I app**** for a DStv internet contract on Friday 18 March and was told to wait for 72hours which included weekends as i have asked them if they work weekends and was told yes it includes weekends and comes Monday get a call from multichoice and when I pick up they drop the line. Tuesday same story i then called them and was told they will call back possible was the line from that particular department of which I don't know why they cant assist directly, and today Wed 23 March same thing happens and i call them again and the same story they sent a report to a particular department that deals with the internet they will call back....IT has BEEN 5 DAYS FULL still waiting.......what a poor service and I am sick and tired if waiting as if I am given this for free I need a response ASAP and I need my device delivered tomorrow 24 March. HERE IS NUMBER CALLED ME ***
