Worse service ever 🤮🤮

Multichoice has given the worse service for the month of April 2022, I wouldn't wish anyone else to go through that experience, apparently they are unable to locate a FNB payment that was paid on the 02/04/2022, when I call they ask for proof of payment after they see the proof of payment then they re-activate it, however after 1 day they disconnect it again then I have to call again then they ask for proof of payment again, I mean really now 🙄 I can't be doing the same thing for the whole month
