Worse Service Ever!!

I opted for the price lock option and duel view a few months back with a specific amount per month, and since then every month the debit order is the incorrect amount. I contacted Multichoice several times, and each time they said they will refer it to the Price Lock department and they will get back to me but nothing happens. If this is not resolved, they can come and collect all their stuff from my home, and cancel everything, and I will not be paying a sent to them any further. I expect this to be sorted by this week still.
