Worse Service ever

I have never experienced such terrible service in my entire life, you call the consultant and they can’t help you because arrantly Price Lock customers can only be helped by Price Lock consultants that will only contact you after 4days and you still have to pay for the wrong package because they can not be contacted, I so hate the bad service from Multichoice and as for me, it’s been 7 days already problem not solved.
