WORSE SERVICE AND *******

I strongly believe that this company now they do as they please. I been paying R695 every month not on price lock but when i called in i was told i was on price lock where i am suppose to pay over R800 per month.

Last month they claim i didnt make the payment however everyone knows that you cant even go 4 days over the due date without making payment, but somehow i was allowed to continue with the service which is a lie i made the payment and i got reconnected.

Now i am given an ultimatum of paying R1300 and when i pay this my pvr is not working where there is a further R19 that i needed to pay, do you know how much you want from us or you basically sucking this amount from you little finger?

I honestly believe that this ccountry needs a competition in this field because this is now day light *******, there are services that were told they are free now they are charged fees, you speak to consulttants for over and hour and yet the notes on they system are not even a complete sentence outlining the real reason i called in
