Worse service

Still the worst service in history. It's been 3 months now. And the problem that's been "fast tracked" has not been sorted out. Can't login to dstv now at all. Old email not working, new one not registered, but it's good enough to sent adds to that unregistered email address. Not getting response from their live chat on website. When I called the service center, was told my problem can only be addressed on the live chat. What a joke, as is hasn't been addressed at all.
