Worse ever service

The service is worse than any one can imagine, they just like to leave people in the dark. Communication is very poor, I reported my issue with the company last week and one of their consultants phoned me back to try and pick up the shattered pieces. We lastly spoke Tuesday (15/12/2020) and he promised to phone me back Thursday or Friday of the same week to give me an update. I have been waiting and there is no update up to date.

I signed up for 12 months package with them on the 30th of November 2020 and still waiting for parcel delivery. Their sales team is untouchable, I kept on sending "save" for them to call me back and each and every time they just drop calls when they hear that is not a sales call. I have waisted money sending SMS's to sales, calling their customer care call center and even visiting their branch in Lalucia opposite Millwood Office Park.
