Worse ever

I am actually very unhappy with the type of service i have been given by you firstly i was offered an upgrade special without being told of the terms ans conditions that the upgrade will be a certain amount for a short period of time and after awhile go back to normal price so i was under the impression that the price is fixed just to find out its not by my dstv being deactivated and me having to call ur call centre now you tell me do u call that customer service instead of contacting me like you did when you wanted me to upgrade to inform me that my price will be going back to normal u didnt and now my account is deactivated with fees i have to pay....

Your have just proven to me after i have never missed a payment that u are unreliable and that netflix would be a better option
