Worse Customer Service DSTV

Been trying to resolve an issue with Dstv for over 2 weeks, they are pathetic. None of they platforms are user friendly... Tried sending facebook messenger and with the same reply please supply your details and every time it would be a different person, look like is a trend to annoy the customers so that we must give up and let the issue disappear by itself.. Wont renew my contract that i am Paying almost R1000 a month. Not happy at all with them.
