Worse customer Service

Dstv is the worst when it comes to customer service, I ordered Dstv internet on the 11 April 2022, today just got a sms say the order was delivered but i never received anything. I went to nearest dstv in Mthatha they said i can be assisted if i call the call center, when i called the call center they said i must go to the nearest dstv. yet the router is added to my account and i am billed for something i never received.
