I had the pleasure of speaking to Noluvuyo Hoza from the PE branch when contacting your call centre. I called in irritated as the dstv channels where not playing after we made payment and I was tempted to actually cancel altogether. Noluvuyo was calm, patient and attended to all my queries. She took me through what she was doing and excused herself when needed to place me on hold. She has a warm friendly tone and gave us great service. Instead of the initial plan to cancel the dstv one day, she actually converted us to a 24 month fixed term/premium and told us about all the benefits.

She truly is an asset to the company. It is so rare to hear a person smile from the other side of the phone!
