Wondering when this will be resolved?????? If ever?????

So I called your call centre on the 10.11.2016 to suspend my DSTV account as I had come to the conclusion that my decoder was faulty. Not having the funds to purchase another decoder I wanted to suspend the service that I was paying for, and that I at that stage already hadn't been using since September 2016.

It was my intention to then stop making the internet payments that I do every month as I requested the cancellation (in my mind.) However, I mistakenly kept making the payment purely out of habit. When I eventually realized that I'd been doing this I again called your call centre to find out if I could be refunded the money that I had paid. At this point I was told that my account was still active. To my surprise, I explained what had transpired in November and I asked that this be looked into. A call was logged by Verel (Ref # ********** 6-I55) and I was told that within 24 hours I'd be contacted with feedback. 24hrs came and went and no feedback..... so I called your call centre again, and again and again, and again........ everytime logging calls, holding for 30 minutes at a time (at my cost)..... waiting for your call centre consultants to "look into it" and every time undertaking that "SOMEONE" will call me back with feedback. I got one call back to advise that the "recorded call" that I made on the 10.11.2016 cannot be found. Conveniently, Multichoice has no record of my request to suspend my accout. I don't see how this is my problem and I feel that I should be given the benefit of the doubt and that I be refunded the money owed to me since my request for suspension. To date, I've logged several calls, spoken to numerous supervisors/consultants and I'm still nowhere close to a solution. My last call, I spoke to Johnny Letshdo (Ref # ********** 6-I178), he assured me that he'd call me back and surprise, surprise..... he hasn't. Seems none of your employees are interested in helping your clients. I'm not even sure that my logging this complaint is going to help.

I'm frustrated and annoyed..... All I'm asking is that someone at your company take the time to look into this and to then call me back to explain how they came to whatever conclusion they came too.

Reference Numbers for calls made: ********** 16-I55 / I75 / I50 / I70 / I73 / I178

Regards

Tatum Lewin

********** 997
