Wonderful service indeed

sooo i called in to dstv customer call center, as I had a huge account query, these call center agents are way more *********** than I have ever come across.. .. they are rude and have no idea what they are doing!!!....<br> but anyhoo I'm not here to complain, that's another post on its own....<br> I'm actually here to compliment BONGANI NKOSI on a job well done.... I have been struggling with this issue for almost 2 months with the call center, n with no satisfaction I walked into the multi choice service center and I got immediate assistance, and excellent as well... Bongani was friendly , understanding and more than willing to help ... he delivered on his time as well.... he actually resolved my query in less than a day... I am now pleased to say that I will re connect my dstv subscription , as i cancelled it ,after having such terrible assistance with the call center agents.... Bongani , companies need more people like you , to serve us... keep it up.... <br>
