Wish i could give a 0 star for DSTV

Would have rated 0 stars but i cant. We have been having the error code per 1 for the last week we cant watch anything because every 10 seconds this error comes up on the DSTV now app on my smart tv. DSTV also has a Twitter conversation with customers replying with a generic message instead of fixing the problem. This is really so bad service it is unbelievable and people must pay a large amount of money each month for a service that is not working. Shame on you DSTV.
