Wi-Fi connector not delivered

I recently subscribed to price lock option which came with certain promises. 90% of the deliverables were met but I didn't receive a wifi connector as promised. When I enquired with the installer he said it will be couriered. I gave it a few weeks and nothing was delivered. I on numerous occasions tried to contact multichoice via telephone but no one could forward my matter to the relevant department. I then went to the walk in center in Amandasig where the matter couldn't be resolved but I was given an email address to escalate the matter. After escalating the matter I got ref number ***1. On the 24 September I got feedback with ref ***1. The resolution was that I can visit any walk in center to collect my connector or buy it and & it will be credited to my account. I chose the earlier because of how I struggled to get this matter resolved. On Friday October 7 I went to a walk in center in Pretoria cbd at Sanlam center building on Pretorius and Andries Street. I was assisted by someone called Ofentse who was very rude to me, I asked to see the manager and he said he was the manager, so I couldn't escalate the matter to anyone at the branch. Instead of him assisting me as per the email he said I must go to Randburg. I then objected because the cost of going to Randburg and the cost I have already incurred is way more than the connector. He then gave me another email to lodge a complaint. I chose not to go that route because I can't be sent from pillar to post and do the same thing over and over and hope to get a different result. I write this review as my last hope.
