WHY THE HELL IS THE PICTURE ON ZEE-WORLD (CH 166) FOREVER FROZEN ? ? ?

WHY THE HELL IS THE PICTURE ON ZEE-WORLD (CH 166) FOREVER FROZEN ? ? ? Why are we wasting so much money in subscription fees paying these people for such ****py service??? This is literally 1 of only 2 channels for which I have kept my subscription active,& even then,half the time,I can't watch the channel at all,BECAUSE THE PICTURE IS FROZEN STIFF ! ! ! This has been going on for years! Most notably,on weekends,& at the end of the month,but generally,at any given time of the night & day,any time of the month! Everytime I call to complain,I get the standard B/S,"Get your installation checked". Well,here's a little News Flash for you: - "THERE'S NOT A DAMN THING WRONG WITH MY INSTALLATION!!!" Why are none of your technicians monitoring the transmission of this channel??? To fix this loathsome issue,AS SOON AS IT HAPPENS,EVERY TIME IT HAPPENS??? What are they busy doing,TAKING NAPS??? I AM SO FED-UP WITH THIS C R A P!!! I have missed some of the most important episodes because of this garbage! And because this issue usually lasts for a couple of days or more,even the repeats are of no use to watch! THE DAMN PICTURE WILL FREEZE FOR ANYTHING FROM MINUTES TO HOURS AT A TIME!!! AND NOONE AT MULTICHOICE HAS EVER NOTICED THIS OR CAN EVER DETECT THIS OR WHEN IT IS HAPPENING??? How utterly & absurdly ridiculous is that??? If you have absolutely no intention whatsoever of exercising ANY quality control over this channel,please do us all a favour & remove it from your bouquets,so we can all stop wasting our money & cancel our subscriptions & be done with DSTV once & for all! Otherwise,since the problem 100% originates on your end,GET OFF YOUR BUTTS & FIX THE D A M N THING ONCE & FOR ALL,& make sure we,your PAYING SUBSCRIBERS,get our moneys worth ! ! ! ! !
