Why should I pay extra
Good day, please unsuspend my account, I've paid my subcribtion fee plus reconnection of R370, I never signed up for the extra amount.<br> <br> I spoke to one of your your consultants and the team leader, the team leader advised that the line has not been suspended, she reconnected my account, however it has been suspended again.<br> <br> Why was I not informed about the price increase, if my account is not sorted out, then cancel it please.
