Why pay for services I did not use
I thought Dstv service was prepaid until last night. I paid R1358.86 and was asked to pay R859.
I called the the call center and was told I have to pay because I was a month behind with payment.
I did not have a TV from around the end of July . What does prepaid mean if I am being charged for servoses I did not use?
