Why pay for nothing?

I installed a HDPVR and extra view last year. The decoders did not work as suppose to be. The installer came back 4 times on request of DSTV. Every time it was proven that the fault is with DSTV. The latest is that I was accused of *****ing the decoder. They told me that the smart card belong to Mandella. Till now nothing is sorted out.<br> <br> Why do we need to pay for poor service.
