Why must I keep pay for glitches ???? ????

I purchased a dstv decoder in April 2014. I made in store (in the Dstv store) payments for April and May. In June I paid for a full 12 months upfront. I was told that paying 12 months ahead you get one month free. In February this year I called (waited for what seemed like an hour on hold)and asked when I will have to pay again.I was told July/August.
On 24 June without prior notice my Dstv was disconnected, I was told I have to pay OVER R17000. Anyone who has ever tried to call their customer service will know how annoying it is. So at 06:50 I tried their self help service which runs from 23:00-07:00 and was told that it is not available. I thought to call customer service (but that only opens at 07:00). Ended up physically driving 40 km's to the nearest Dstv center where I was told that it was \a glitch"!
The guy helped me and said I need to pay from 20 June instead of Jul/Aug. I had to pay reconnection fee. I was told to pay for the next time BEFORE 3 July or BY 4 July.
This morning 1 July I get cut off again and told I need to pay another reconnection fee"
