Why must channel 167 be s****ped

To whom it may concern

I am a paying dstv customer and a very disappointed customer. I am enjoying channel 167 for it to be s****ped the way in which it will now. Why are surveys not done to find out if channels should go before they go because we pay but have no voice I am so angry that I wish right now I could cancel this subscription.
