Why mara DSTV
On the 17 of May 2020 I downgraded my subscription from compact to access and my balance shown was R96 that I must pay of which I paid. Today 23 may 2020 when I wake up my tv is off and I was sent an SMS to pay R84 that I don't know about. When u called I was told that I should have paid 245 because I have an insurance and pvr option of which I never app**** for. I am really ****ed by this because now I'm charged for PVR, Insurance, reconnection fee, that I don't have any idea of. If that's how it operates then I have to leave, we cant be ****med.
