WHY LIE
After waiting 2 months for my explora and receiving it,i am now told by the technician that i need a bigger dish and additional eyes witch will cost me R1900.I specifically asked if i would need any additions to install this and i was told NO BY MULTICHOICE REP.I am now told that i must pay R1746 pro rata THIS WAS NOT CONVEYED TO ME AT THE TIME. I received a call on the 12/02/2015 from multichoice regarding my quires posted on hellopeter and was assured a call back,BUT AS USUAL I AM STILL WAITING.I am not prepared to spend these extra expenses witch was never explained to me and want to cancel this.I AM HAPPY WITH MY CURRANT DECODER.
