Why is it so hard to get the DPP deal?

Hi,<br> <br> I am struggling to get this deal. I tried phoning, no one can put me through to the DDP department. Ive had phone calls twice from different people, all asking the same questions and then getting to a point where they say they need to phone me back cause theres a problem with the network, but then they dont call (and later i get a call from someone else asking me the same questions again and advising me of the same terms and conditions). Would really like to sort this out so if you have a number i can phone, please let me know what this is
