Why have a Live Chat if Mariana, the operator can
why have a Live Chat when mariana the operator can just disconnect and walk off. We were not fighting, she had to confirm a number and just disconnected.<br> <br> So I still do not know why I cannot see Catchup Plus when we are connected to internet, have the premium package and have connected as instructed.<br> <br> No response from FB age when we asked for help. Live chat not useful if operators can wander away.
