WHY DONT THEY ANSWER THEIR SWITCH BOARD????????
Have been trying all morning to get through to their call centre - to no avail. How is it that a huge corporate company like MULTICHOICE IS NOT CONTACTABLE ??????? They dont mind taking out money, but when you want to query your account they dont answer their switchboard.
