Why doesnt DSTV now work on my smart TV?

I am very irritated. Bought a brand new smart TV. Tried to download the DSTV now app which I enjoy on my laptop etc, nothing - doesnt exist. Tried using the browser on the smart TV - nothing works. Whats going on here?

How do i use DSTV now on a smart TV? Call centre guy told me its not possible but i find that hard to believe. How can it work on every other smart device but not on a smart TV of all things. Please assist here.
