Why DOES DSTV KEEP DISCONNECTING THE SERVICE
<p>THIS IS THE MOST APPALING SERVICE IN THE WORLD .I WROTE ABOUT DSTV DISCONNECTING THE SERVICES AND THEY CONNECTED IT ON SA****AY .SUNDAY MORNING THE SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED AGAIN !!!!!! </p> <p>I'll explain this again ,we have been paying our account via debit order every month without fail but Dstv keeps disconnecting claiming the payment returned as unpaid! I've sent the bank statement numerous times and still account is deactivated. They haven't yet debited for the month of June and nobody knows why ???? </p> <p>WHAT MUST WE DO TO KEEP THE SERVICE OPEN</p> <p>Ntsholo Aletta Matlala</p>

This is one of the most convenient ways to assist in case the person you sent the proof of payment to may be off duty.
As you have indicated that we have not yet debited for the month of June 2016, we will need proof by sending your bank statement. Once we receive the required documents, we will be able to provide assistance.
