Why do programmes NEVER finish Recording???
This is now the fifth time that I schedule a recording on my Explora, and the programme cuts off before it ends. In other words, we NEVER get to finish a movie or a programme because the decoder fails to record the last 10 or 20 minutes of EVERY PROGRAMME! What are we paying R700 per month for? This is getting ridiculous now...And just to clarify - no error in recording - the recording stops before the movie is finished??????

Kindly follow the steps to resolve your problem. You'll need to adjust your decoder's safety net options. Press the HELP button, select settings, user preferences, recordings and change the safety net options to 10 minutes at the start and end respectively.
