Why do I pay R 849 per month instead of R 799 ????
I was promised that my explora subscription will only be R 799 per month according the the recording but DSTV still takes the R 849 per month . I have send several requests for this issue to be sorted out but no luck - no call back as promised and they continue *****ing my money !!!! I wish that someone from DSTV will contact me so I can resolve this issue that has been ongoing since 26 April 2015
