Why do I have four Price Lock Orders?

<p>on the 26/06/2017 .I made an online application for pricelock .I further emailed my documents because I could not upload on the system. on the 30th I received 4 sms's with 4 different orders which were being dispatched to me . why are 4orders currently being sent to me while I made 1 application ..the next thing I will have my account debited for four times while I made 1 application </p>
