Why did I bother?
<p>I called you guys on Friday asking to have my details updated. I was promised that aomeone was going to attend to this request to remove my old name and should hear from them on Saturday. As expected, got no call or email confirming that. I just checked my profile and it is still showing both initials. So why did I even bother calling? </p>
