Why am I owing when I cancelled????

Please advise why we are being harresesd by TCR. We cancelled our services online end of September and we even called the call centre, please urgently advise how we owing for the service as per the statement for December and Jan when we cancelled end September as I'm getting quite annoyed that you people do not know how to do accounts. Please get this sorted or I will have to contact my lawyer.
