Why am I charged R100 per month access fee?
I am currently on the Compact Plus package. My monthly subscription is supposed to be R529. Today I downloaded the DSTV app, and checked my statement and discovered that I am being charged an extra R100 per month for an Access Fee. I have been paying this extra R100 for an eternity and I don’t even know what it is for. I only have only one old single view decoder. Why have I been charged an extra R100 per month for all these years. I am not happy and need someone to explain.
