Why advertise what you dont offer

You have advertised free channels on your streaming platform but only one news channel is there. I already have showmax and dont need any package and was hoping this will give me some local tv news channels. I have also sent several requests to be called as well as via the person who called selling ‘locked’ premium fees but no call as yet.
