Who cares about existing customers - PAY THE FULL PRICE IDIOTS

Over the past couple of months I really started to think about if DSTV is worth it taking into consideration the number of repeats going on daily. Then saw a facebook advert stating that you can get a DSTV premium package for R749 p/m for 24 months and thought that sounds like a fantastic deal and it might be worth phoning the call centre. Only to find out that that deal is only valid for people that already cancelled their monthly subscription in order to get them to re-connect. So what this basically tells me, just cancel your subscription and after a while they will beg you to come back at a lower price. Fantastic way to keep your current customers happy...keep on milking us as long as you can whilst advertising how everyone else can buy your service cheaper, but existing customers should not think they can negotiate a discount, oh no, we will pay the full amount to subsicide those that saw the light sooner, very close to cancel my subscription.
