Whi are the ********?

I googled DSTV and then called the following number for support ***. It was answered by someone that insists were from DSTV insisted in coming to my house, refused telephone support and maintains that if you are to poor to pay the R350 call out fee (exact words) you shouldn't waste their time and throw the phone down. If you call again they just say you shouldn't waste their time. Extremely rude and just said my decoder needs technical work. It transpired it was a simple problem solved with a reboot. It seems as if they might be imposters because a call to *** confirmed that no call from my number were registered today. However DSTV doesn't seem concerned by these possible ******** at all and even refuse to confirm whether these people are in fact associated to DSTV.
