Where is your accountants

Can someone from the pathetic accounts department please phone me. I am a CFE and would love to investigate this company. On the 18th of March I received a SMS of my next debit order of R2200+. I have an Debit Order that go off every month and unfortunately I took out an price lock for 12 months to pay more every month because they said it would be R799 but now I am paying for other people also. I phoned on the 18th and they apparently corrected my debit order just for my service to be suspended the next day. I phoned the 19th again and after I was holding on for 30min they apparently again corrected my debit order and activated my service. On the 20th when my debit order go off get what it went off for R2200+. *** is the use of having *********** people working for you. If I return the debit order my service will be suspended again in Covid 19. I also wonder if there is anyone of this pathetic company that reads this because I am sure there is a lot.
