where is my PEP VOUCHER AS PROMISED FOR UPGRADING ????

Ive received an sms on the 20th March statin that if I upgrade then i qualify for a pep voucher of R120. i have called the callcentre numerous times and up until now no one can tell me where the R120 voucher is. they are sending me from pillar to post, telling me to go to pep and ask for the voucher, pep itself is not aware of this,, now my question is ? was this a **** from DSTV to have their customers upgrade ?

IVE CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND BEING AN UPHAPPY CUSTOMER THE AGENT TOLD ME HE CANNOT GIVE ME HIS NAME BECOS I WILL STALK HIM ON SOCIAL MEDIA !

NEVER HAVE I HEARD SUCH A THING !!

I AM DISGUSTED INTHE SERVICE IVE RECEIVED AND UNTIL I GET MY VOUCHER AS PROMISED I WILL BE DISGRUNTLED !!
