Where is my money?!!!!!

I deactivated my Dstv account but they still debited my account, I called them and they said I will be refunded in 5 days, I'm approaching the 10th business day and still no refund. When I call in I get a different story every time. I was told I'll get my money in 24 hours 2 days ago by a ladies name Lerato, they keep saying the request is with the finance department and make me hold the line for 20min. Yesterday I was advised I will be called back in 2 hours but that never happened. I'm sick and tired of this nonsense, they got the Money from me with no issues but I have to struggle to get back my money, I will never reactivate my account again, they are the worst.
