WHERE IS MY ****ING REFUND?
Where is my ****ING REFUND that you debited without my consent???? 7 days later after being kept holding for over an our and even complaining on Hello Peter NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. WHYYY??????

07 Mar 2022, 07:24You said the same thing last week Monday on Hello Peter yet 7 days later nothing has been done and no refund has been effected. I'm kept holdings for hours on end when I call to enquire about my money yet you are quick to switch off should accounts be unpaid It takes seconds for you to debit our accounts yet forever when u need to refund us. I'm fed up with you. Should I not get my refund by end of today, you will see yourselves in the headline of a Sunday newspaper on 13 March 2022.
