Where is my EXPLORA DECODER

I was excited when i got the sms about the explora R849 offer which was approved on the 2nd July , delivery est was 7 -14 days, since i will travel outside the country i followed up this morning, the agent gave me a number *** believed to be the courier ONLY TO FIND OUT ITS onairtv spoke to Beshni , called back the 011289 and Tebelo(Ref ***6) told me i cant speak to the right people since they only do outbound calls i need to leave my details and they will call me like 5 minutes ago i got through to an agent?Now they dont take calls?All i want is my decoder ASAP or lets cancel the contract, i mean 3x calls this morning i had no joy it seems no one knows what they are doing , i could have made another call but i dont trust i will get help an the calls are costing me money PLEASE PLEASE DELIVER MY DECODER .Its a pity i didnt take a ref for the first call because that lady gave me a wrong number for the courier company and i have forgotten her name
