Where does R844 per month go to , for what????????

I pay R844 per month, to watch the same programmes the whole week, a repeat of a repeat of a **** repeat!. For an example E! is strictly an old programmes channel, in 2016 may with new keeping with the Kardashians season we are still watching season 4 , 5, 6, 8,9,10 , kourtney and kim take miami, Wags etc all so old, through out the week and again the redundant never ending repeats on the new episodes. They repeat programmes like 5 to 10 times a week, everyday and still play the omnibus over the weekend for a good +-4 hours, what exactly are we paying for when all we get are repeat programmes and old shows.
They don't want to spend on new shows, they take the cheapest and mix them with old ones just to put something on our screens. For the amount of money we pay we deserve a whole lot better, they don't care about us their clients. When one of the consultant called I asked and was ****ed that they were disturbing me at work so I could sign up for a debit order but couldn't really care less than there is barely anything interesting to watch when I get home. The consultant refused to give me details of where I can lay a complaint and said there is no need for that he apologised and said he would escalate it! Anything to shut me up!
I will not even get into the hidden costs that come with upgrading to explorer. Day light *******!!!! No one tells you about the actual costs!
We do not get the value for our money at all!. DSTV/Multichoice does not care about their clients at all!!!!
its only fair that you review your programmes and cut down on the repeats and do away with the old shows.
***6
