When will we get an alternative to DSTV

What a useless organisation. This is what happens when monopolies are permitted. Debit order on my account bounced so I went online and paid same day. Now service is suspended as they reversed my payment their side but certainly did not refund me! The uselessness of the call centre is quite awe inspiring.
