WHEN MULTICHOICE DEBITS MY ACCOUNT FOR MORE AGAIN!

Seems like when we trust Multichoice with our account details they seem to constantly break that trust by deducting our accounts for more than they are supposed to. In January, I was debited for 1R900.00 instead of R737 and this month debited for R871 instead of R799. Last month i was also debited for R900 and some change... I am assuming that was because I was pro rated, but you know God only know what these people at billing department do and why they do it. I called Multichoice last week to cancel my debit order because I think I have more brains to pay them correctly every month via EFT. I was informed that someone would call me to confirm cancellation of my debit order and provide me with banking details. I have not been called as yet... but then again whats new!
