When humans & bots are both unhelpful
Zero thinking out of the box fm yr call centre, twitter & facebook technical staff. It's like speaking to a BOT but one with a human voice. Unless one actually has an error code all yr staff above seem entirely incapable of resolving a technical query except to say "reset xplora". Very frustrating!! My xplora obviously restarted after last night's loadshedding. I hve no error code. I hve a picture & all my channels. My TV guide states no information available for every channel. I've un*****ed the cable restarted the decoder unplugged it too - the problem persists. Does anyone at Multichoice hve a genuine solution???

23 Jul 2022, 05:12I sorted it out myself eventually. The fix was simple. Recan all channels. I did it 3 times over 1 hour. The fully populated TV guide returned. NB i did not reset the xplora. Yr team keep advising that. I hve done that before & every setting I had previously selected was gone!!!! The issue of not being able to select my channel group persists. Since the big update 2 months ago I am stuck with every channel on premium whilst I watch about 40. Nobody at Multichoice/ DSTV has been able to fix this query. Very irritating
