Wheel of Lies!

I won a free package upgrade on the Wheel of Happiness game, from compact to compact plus. I later saw that they are billing me incorrectly and asked them to rectify it and they assured me that the amount will go back to normal after a month(due to the free upgrade i got) . Well it didn't, instead they went ahead and debited R609 from my account and apparently next amount due is R689 for end of July. My point is why give out prices and later on us as customers have to pay. I know I am not the only one experiencing this and I expect DSTV to fix this.
