What’s wrong with DSTV?
DSTV is just rerunning old seasons, which is bad enough, but not updating catchup with said seasons or always experiencing problems downloading on Showmax makes for the worst viewing experience. I’m a loyal client and all I get are calls to sell me insurance - all I want is a pleasant viewing experience.

12 Dec 2023, 20:37Thank for your response, however I still haven’t received feedback- surprise surprise. Showmax is even worse now, you can’t download any shows. Oh and btw- received three calls to sell me insurance since you responded to say you would get in touch- great going DSTV
